Tuna Poke Bowl

Benefits: Tuna is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and protein, while avocado and sesame seeds provide healthy fats and antioxidants for radiant skin.

Skin Concern: Dry and uneven skin tone

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna (diced)
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Optional: shredded nori for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Toss diced tuna in the sauce and let marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Assemble bowls with sushi rice, tuna, avocado, and cucumber.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and shredded nori, then serve.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, sushi-grade tuna for safety and flavor.
  • Add pickled ginger or edamame for extra variety.
