  • All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items.

  • Manjeri Skincare is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • Refunds for pre-orders are not available. Requests will be considered for delivery days exceeding 30 days from the date the order was placed.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please:

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell items that have been shipped, even if they remain unopened.
