WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT(S) SHIP?
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET ship the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check your order status at any time via the My Account page.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES 🎁
To guarantee delivery for Christmas on or before December 25, 2026 please order by:
- Domestic Orders - place your order by December 18
- International Orders - place your order by December 11
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING RATES - DOMESTIC US ORDERS
We offer FREE shipping by USPS Economy for orders over $50 USD.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Shopify’s discounted USPS commercial rates, based on your package weight and shipping address. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

All shipping methods include tracking. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of Manjeri Skincare's control.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES + PRE-ORDERS
Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. Pre-orders ship once inventory becomes available. Check the product page for estimated ship dates. Delivery timelines may shift due to carrier delays or weather disruptions.
SHIPPING DELAYS + ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
We aim to provide accurate delivery estimates on our product pages. Once your order ships, use the tracking number in your confirmation email to monitor progress.

Pre-orders will ship as soon as the item becomes available. All shipping estimates are subject to change due to carrier delays.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Manjeri Skincare is not responsible for packages that cannot be accepted at the delivery address, including hotels, temporary residences, vacation rentals, forwarding addresses, or addresses where the recipient is unavailable.
Any fees charged by the carrier to reroute, forward, intercept, hold, or otherwise modify a shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY
During periods of extreme heat, body care products may become warm or soften while in transit. We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery and allowing products to return to room temperature before opening if they arrive warm.
If your order arrives damaged or leaking during transit, please contact our Customer Care team promptly. Orders protected with Route Shipping Protection (see below) may be eligible for a claim in accordance with Route's coverage terms, and we're happy to help guide you through the process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Canada & UK Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days, delivery within up to 20 business days.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees based on your local regulations. These are calculated at checkout. Manjeri Skincare is not responsible for additional charges at delivery.
We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS / PACKAGES
If shipping protection was not purchased, we understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once your order has been shipped, Manjeri Skincare is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. In these situations, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please follow the applicable instructions below to begin the claims process with the carrier used for your shipment:
Domestic US Orders:
If you encounter this issue, we recommend filing a domestic claim with USPS via their official website: USPS Claims.
USPS will determine the outcome of your claim.
International Orders:
If you encounter this issue, we recommend filing an international claim with UPS via their official website: UPS Claims
UPS will determine the outcome of your claim.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
Route Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that provides coverage for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
If the order was placed with shipping protection and the package is lost or stolen, please go to claims.route.com.
Note: A replacement or refund of the cost of the item(s) are issued only when approved.
Claims require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 days from when it was marked delivered. Customers who purchase Route Shipping Protection must work directly with Route regarding eligible claims.
