Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription through our Buy More and Save program or pre-order purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
PRE-ORDERS
- When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
- We collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
- Refunds for pre-orders are generally not available if we are still able to fulfill your order. However, if there are extraordinary delays in delivery (greater than 90 days from the initial estimated delivery date), we will consider refund requests. Additionally, if we are unable to fulfill your order altogether, a refund will be issued.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Please carefully read this Subscriptions Policy prior to making a purchase. By enrolling in a Buy More and Save subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- When you purchase a Buy More and Save order, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency selected on the product page. Your subscription begins once your initial payment is successfully processed.
- By placing a subscription order, you authorize Manjeri Skincare to securely store your payment method and automatically charge your card for future orders at the selected frequency and quantity until canceled by you.
- We will automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (typically on the same day of each billing cycle). Orders are processed immediately after each successful payment and may ship the same day.
Note: There is a 2 order minimum before customers can cancel their subscription.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so via the following:
- Via Email: Your order confirmation emails include a link to your subscription portal where you can manage your subscription.

Via Website: Once you have logged in to your account and clicked on Buy More and Save > Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you would like to update.
- Click on the "Edit your upcoming orders" hyperlink.
- You will be redirected to the subscription management page where you can update products, quantities, delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription.
- All subscription cancellations or changes must be completed before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted after this timeframe will not stop the upcoming charge, and the order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
- Customers receive advance notice prior to billing. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete any cancellation before the billing date.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
To process cancellation requests submitted via email, we must be able to verify your account. Please include the email used at checkout or your shipping ZIP code and full name. Requests submitted without sufficient information cannot be processed.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
