Refreshing Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  3. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well and serve.
