Pineapple Ginger Mocktail

Posted by Manjeri Skincare Team on

Benefits:
Pineapple delivers vitamin C and bromelain to support collagen production and reduce inflammation. Ginger improves circulation and digestion, which helps reduce skin puffiness and dullness. Fresh lime brightens the skin with antioxidants, while sparkling water hydrates and refreshes.

Skin Concern: Inflammation, sluggish digestion, tired or dull skin

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1 tsp raw honey or agave (optional)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or coconut water

  • Crushed ice

  • Optional: pineapple wedges or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions:
In a blender, combine pineapple, grated ginger, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth, then strain if a clearer texture is desired.
Fill two glasses with crushed ice. Pour the pineapple mixture evenly into each glass and top with sparkling water or coconut water.
Stir gently and garnish with pineapple wedges or edible flowers.

Shopping Tips:

  • Pineapple: Use fresh, ripe pineapple—look for golden skin and a sweet aroma.

  • Ginger: Fresh root is best; avoid powdered ginger for this recipe.

  • Water: Use plain sparkling water or 100% coconut water for hydration and electrolytes.

Cooking Tips:

  • For extra depth, add a pinch of cayenne or turmeric to the blender for a skin-revving boost.

  • Let the ginger steep in warm water for 5 minutes beforehand if you prefer less bite.

  • Double the batch and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours for easy refills.

This tropical mocktail is bright, spicy, and ultra-refreshing—perfect for resetting your body and boosting your glow after a savory meal.
