Peach Basil Sparkler

Posted by Manjeri Skincare Team on

Benefits:
Peaches provide vitamin C and beta carotene to support skin brightness and collagen production, while basil contains antioxidants that help protect against oxidative stress. Sparkling water supports hydration, and lemon juice enhances nutrient absorption to keep skin looking fresh and radiant.

Skin Concern: Heat-related skin dehydration

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced

  • 6–8 fresh basil leaves

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup, to taste

  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water

  • Ice

Instructions:
Add peach slices and basil leaves to a glass or shaker and gently muddle until the peach releases its juices and the basil becomes fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice and honey or simple syrup until combined.

Fill two glasses with ice and divide the peach mixture evenly between them.

Top with sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with a basil leaf or peach slice if desired.

Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Shopping Tips:

  • Peaches: Choose ripe peaches that are fragrant and slightly soft to the touch for the best natural sweetness.

  • Basil: Look for bright green basil leaves with no wilting or dark spots.

  • Sparkling Water: Use plain, unsweetened sparkling water to keep the mocktail light and balanced.

Cooking Tips:

  • Gently muddle the basil to avoid bitterness.

  • Chill all ingredients ahead of time to reduce dilution from ice.

  • For a smoother texture, strain the peach mixture before adding sparkling water.

This peach basil sparkler is a light, refreshing mocktail that supports brightness and glow, making it perfect for warm evenings or alcohol-free celebrations.
