  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 4 oz pancetta

  • Black pepper

  • Cook pancetta until crisp.

  • Whisk eggs and parmesan.

  • Toss pasta with pancetta and remove from heat.

  • Stir in egg mixture, adding pasta water as needed.
