Honey-Roasted Turkey Breast with Olive Oil and Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey breast (about 2 lbs)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat: Set oven to 375°F.

Mix Marinade: Combine olive oil, honey, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush evenly over turkey breast.

Roast: Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle pan juices on top.
