Garlic Herb Shrimp Skewers

Benefits: Shrimp is high in protein and zinc, which promote skin repair and reduce inflammation. Garlic and olive oil add antioxidants and healthy fats.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.

Tips:

  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor and texture.
  • Serve with a side of quinoa or brown rice for a complete meal.
