Dark Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
