Branzino with Lemon, Olive Oil & Fresh Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole branzino, cleaned and scaled

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced

  • 4–5 sprigs fresh oregano or parsley

  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  • Prep Fish: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the fish dry and score both sides with a sharp knife.

  • Season: Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stuff the cavity with garlic slices and herbs.

  • Bake: Place in a baking dish or on parchment-lined sheet. Roast for 20 minutes or until flesh flakes easily.

  • Finish: Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve with steamed greens or herbed quinoa.
