Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight chilling) | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and honey. Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with mixed berries before serving.
