Turmeric and Ginger Detox Tea

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add turmeric and ginger, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon juice.
  4. Strain into mugs and enjoy warm.
