Rosemary-Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into florets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary

  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Steam: Cook cauliflower florets until tender.

Sauté: Heat olive oil and garlic in a small pan until fragrant.

Blend: Combine cauliflower, garlic mixture, almond milk, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs.
