Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
