Coconut Glow Overnight Oats

Benefits: Oats soothe irritated skin, while coconut milk and chia seeds provide hydration and omega-3s for a glowing complexion.

Skin Concern: Irritated or dry skin

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus overnight) | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey in a jar. Stir well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with shredded coconut and fresh mango.
  4. Enjoy cold or warmed up.
