Bang Bang Salmon Bites

Posted by Manjeri Skincare Team on

Benefits: Salmon delivers omega-3 fatty acids that help calm inflammation and promote smooth, hydrated skin. Greek yogurt and chili sauce combine to create a creamy, protein-rich coating that supports elasticity and repair. Garlic provides antioxidants that fight free radicals for a healthy glow from within.

Skin Concern: Inflammation, dryness, loss of elasticity

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 12 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-size cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions:

Prep Salmon: Pat salmon dry and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon bites and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.

Toss: Add cooked salmon to the bowl and toss gently in the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.

Serve: Plate warm and garnish with chopped chives or sesame seeds if desired.

Shopping Tips:

  • Choose wild-caught salmon for the best omega-3 content and cleaner flavor.

  • Look for Greek yogurt without added sugars to keep the sauce light and healthy.

Cooking Tips:

  • Do not overcook the salmon—remove it from heat as soon as it flakes easily.

  • Air-fry the salmon at 400°F for 8–10 minutes for a crispier texture.

  • For extra crunch, toss the bites in panko before cooking.

This high-protein, glow-boosting recipe makes a perfect weeknight meal or appetizer. The spicy-sweet sauce complements the richness of the salmon while supporting your skin’s moisture and radiance from the inside out.
