Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated

  • 1 egg (or flax egg for dairy-free)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  • Drain Zucchini: Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth.
