Banana Almond Ice Cream

Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus 3 hours freezing) | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (optional, for blending)

Instructions:

  1. Blend frozen bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add almond milk if needed to assist blending.
  2. Transfer to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours to firm up.
  3. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
