Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions:

  1. Mix: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Press: Press mixture into a small pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice into bars.
