Benefits:
Lobster provides high-quality protein and essential minerals that support skin strength and renewal, while the combination of cheeses delivers calcium and nourishing fats that help maintain skin softness and moisture. Milk and butter in the creamy sauce support hydration and comfort, and pasta supplies grounding energy that helps prevent skin from looking tired or depleted. This rich, indulgent dish supports warmth, nourishment, and a healthy, radiant glow.

Skin Concern:
Dryness, skin feeling depleted

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Cook Time: 35 minutes | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni or cavatappi

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded gruyère cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Pinch of paprika or cayenne, optional

  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.

  • Slowly whisk in milk, stirring constantly until smooth and slightly thickened.

  • Lower heat and stir in cheddar, gruyère, and mozzarella until fully melted and creamy.

  • Season the cheese sauce with salt, black pepper, and paprika or cayenne if using.

  • Fold in the cooked lobster meat gently to avoid breaking it up too much.

  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.

  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Shopping Tips:

  • Lobster: Use fresh or high-quality frozen lobster meat for the best flavor.

  • Cheese: Shred cheese yourself for smoother melting and better texture.

  • Milk: Whole milk creates the creamiest sauce.

Cooking Tips:

  • Keep heat low when adding cheese to prevent separation.

  • Do not overcook the lobster, as it will continue to warm in the sauce.

  • Add a splash of milk if the sauce thickens too much before serving.

This three-cheese lobster mac and cheese is rich, comforting, and deeply nourishing, making it perfect for special occasions or cozy nights when your skin and body need extra warmth and glow.
