Benefits: Edamame is a powerful, plant-based snack rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidants that support clear, balanced skin. It contains isoflavones that help support hormonal balance, which can be beneficial for managing breakouts. The high levels of vitamins and minerals, including folate and vitamin K, help promote overall skin health while supporting a calm, nourished complexion.
