Skin Concern: Tired, dull-looking skin

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee, chilled

  • ½ cup milk or oat milk

  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup or simple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Base: Brew espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.

  • Shake: In a shaker, combine chilled espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously until frothy.

  • Serve: Strain into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with a few coffee beans.

Shopping Tips:

  • Choose high-quality coffee beans for a smoother, richer flavor

  • Opt for unsweetened oat milk or dairy milk depending on preference

  • Use pure maple syrup instead of artificial sweeteners for a cleaner option

Cooking Tips:

  • Shake well to create the signature frothy top

  • Use chilled ingredients for the best texture and flavor

  • Adjust sweetness based on taste preference
