When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way, or track your order here.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders $50+ within the US. Otherwise, rates are shown at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage takes 2–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3 and Priority Mail Express 1–2. Every order includes tracking.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. Canada and UK orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed right away, so they can’t be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your products and shipping address before checkout.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Because skincare is a personal hygiene product, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. Not sure what to choose? Contact us before you order and we’ll help you pick.
