Ingredients:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  • Cook shells until al dente.

  • Mix ricotta and spinach.

  • Stuff shells and place in baking dish with sauce.

  • Bake at 375°F until warm.
