Sweet Potato Breakfast Burrito

Benefits:  This hearty breakfast burrito provides a balanced mix of nutrients that help support healthy skin throughout the day. Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, which converts to vitamin A and helps support skin renewal and protection. Eggs provide high-quality protein and biotin to support healthy skin structure, while black beans provide plant-based protein and zinc to support skin repair, while avocado adds healthy fats that help maintain moisture and elasticity.

Skin Concern: Uneven skin tone or dull complexion

  • 1 small avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

  • Roast sweet potatoes in the oven for deeper caramelized flavor.

  • Add spinach or sautéed peppers for extra vegetables.

  • Sprinkle chili flakes or hot sauce if you enjoy a bit of heat.
